This lightweight sensitive device with a simple single control operation gives both an audio and visual indication of the presence of metallic objects.
It can be used before an MRI examination to search for concealed metal objects and small foreign bodies under the skin surface. Two PP3 type batteries are provided.
Hand Held Metal Detector must remain outside the MR suite.
